After writing out and re-reading (multiple times) my inaugural Q many weeks ago, for Monday’s work-out in the rainy gloom, I did what Country Wide is well know for – I made it up as I went along.  Lesson learned – after 9 months of posting at a variety of sites with a variety of Qs – it is not difficult to do.  Here’s how it went down…

Follow YHC to the track around the former soccer field, now dirt/mud field, for Indian Run;

Under picnic shelter: Left/Right Step-Up x 25, Balls to the Wall x 10 count x 8 pax, Dips x 20;

Indian Run #2;

Under picnic shelter: Right/Left Step-Up x 25, People’s Chair x 10 count x 8 pax, lower 6 inches x 10 count x 8 pax, Dips x 15;

Indian Run #3;

To tennis court:  Suicides, Balls to the Wall x 10 x 8, Suicides, People’s Chair x 10 x 8, Suicides, Merkins x 15;

To rock pile: curls x 15, bent over rows x 15, shoulder press x 15, return rocks;

Run to lower grass circle;

Mary:  10 Burpees OYO, LBC x 25, Homer-to-Marge x 25 (heard sirens, began to become concerned), Freddie Mercury x 25;

Indian Run #4 back to parking lot for COT.

YHC took the pax out.  Thanks for the first 9 months of F3 – I am in the best shape I’ve been in 30 years.  Oldest son, Waterboy, is 22 today.
