With the site Q (Mr. Hand) injured and placing a call for a Q for Thursday’s ground and pound I contemplated if I had the muster to Q my second workout this week. It was quick decision so I decided to give it at go! After all, it was to be the morning of my 21st wedding anniversary and what better way to start the day than with the brothers in the gloom. Plus, I knew that a Cowboy ribeye from Ruth’s Chris awaited me in 13 short hours. I better earn it.
