This work-out was done under the threat of a lightning storm which thankfully never really arrived.

Warmup:
13 x Burpee
26 x SSH
15 x Imperial Walker

The Thang:
Circuit with 7 stations time based on time to do 3 laps around bathrooms with rock over head
Station 1: right leg on wall half squat bring left knee up to hand (fast as possible)
Station 2: left leg on wall half squat bring right knee up to hand
Station 3: mountain climbers hands on wall kick wall with feet
Station 4: Pulse lunges right leg in front
Station 5: Pulse lunges left leg in front
Station 6: Squat and hold with big rock
Station 7: 3 laps around the bathroom with rock over head

Run to turf field with rock overhead. Pointlessly move rocks from one end line to the other.
Method 1: Sprint with rock overhead
Method 2: Lunge walk with rocks ½, squat and press with rock ½
Method 3: Leave the rock sprint down and back
Method 4: Duck walk 1/2, squat and twist ½
