Four corners:

  • 10 merkins
  • 20 side straddle hops
  • 30 squats
  • 40 Homer to Marge
  • REPEAT

Off the Wall:

  • Incline Push ups
  • Balls to Wall
  • Incline Clap Push ups
  • Balls to Wall

Tunnel of Love:

  • Partner up – squat / burpee pyramid (7/6/5/4/3/2/1)
