quick warm up with world’s greatest stretch and then SSH x 20.  That’s was enough to get muscles ready and blood flowing.  Off to the car for the fun bags.  Partner up and move it to the upper lot. Switching along the way to even out carrying the load. At the lot, yhc had strategically placed a jack o latern on the fence to both greet and intimidate the Pax

The Thang:

split your partners, group 1 to the left side lot.  Group 2 on the right.

1: set of 11’s  burpees and squats running to the end of the lot and back on exercise switch

2: 11’s with fun bag arm curl and chest press also running to the end of the lot and back  between each

those that finished early met in the middle.  Lbc pyramid until both groups finished.  No break after all done and switch to the other set of 11’s.  Back into the middle pit for AHs, dying coackroaches and then up on the request from HiLife, one partner sprints halfway down Sisyphus and did lbc’s until their partner carried the fun bag to them. Switch and run the fun bag to the top while partner sprints ahead and does lbcs as well.  Done.
