Hot and Humid this morning. YHC pulled up to see and impressive 23 pax standing in the parking lot. BRR panic had started to set in; happens every year. After a quick discussion about Q responsibilities with Enron, YHC stepped forward and with no FNG’s, led the pax down to the track.
The Thang…
1’ish mile warm up at fellowship pace
20 SSH
18 Good Morning
10 Windmill
400m repeats at mile pace with active 200m recovery.
The plan was 10 but YHC had to cut it short to 8 repeats to make time for the second half of the workout.
Mosey to the bottom of Horton, which for all purposes, is a terrible hill; irresponsibly steep at the beginning and then flattens out a bit for a long grueling climb to the top.
2 trips up Horton / supposed to be R pace or whatever you had left
.4 miles from bottom to top
6 miles in all, tired legs and Invisible shirts around
Great to see everyone pushing to the end.
