5:45 drizzling start sent us to the lower deck and the longer ramp which is a perfect place for The Walking Dead.  With no FNGs we got busy.  Since there were no new guys we each got to lead at least one exercise two times:

Warm up:

  • 20 neck stretches
  • 15 windmills
  • 15 plank jacks

Hamburger Hill – The Pax Pick the Pain

Each PAX picked a way up the ramp (bear crawl, slow jog, run backwards, etc) and an exercise to do at the top of the ramp, then back down.  Total of Nine (9) rounds up and down the ramp:

  • Run up ramp for 50 LBCS / back down 50 reverse LBC
  • Run up ramp for 20 hammers
  • Run up ramp for 20 merkins
  • Run up ramp for 10 burpees
  • Run up ramp for 20 SSH
  • Run up ramp for 20 nipplers
  • Run up ramp for 3 more things – all a distant memory now
