18 Pax met in the gloom Monday morning for a North Hills workout.  Started with a warm up jog over to Brooks Elementary.

Warm Up – 25 Side Straddle Hops, 25 Mountain Climbers, 20 Merkins, 15 Good Mornings

1/2 to 3/4 Speed Sprints around the track in two groups.  One group sprinted while other group did exercises.  (4 laps alternating with Prisoner Squats, Merkins, Balls to Wall, Peoples Chair)

Next we took the long way around to the bottom of Sisyphus Hill.  Down Northbrook Drive, North Hills Drive, and then along the Greenway to Sisyphus.  Round of Prisoner Squats to catch our breath and then up Sisyphus.

Over to picnic benches for a couple of rounds of irkins and derkins.  Two sets of each (25 and 15 counts)

Over to tennis courts to finish up with a couple of side shuffle slide suicides with 20 count balls to wall in between.

Finish out with Mary (25 LBC, 20 Hello Dolly, 20 American Hammer) & COT
