19 Pax put down the telephone poles and took on the Raleigh Road hill.

The Warm-Up

The men took a jog down Raleigh Road hill to the parking lot outside the UNC Administration office. Then:

  • 10 arm circles
  • 10 Willie Mays Hayes
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 10 Merkins

The Thang

In the long oval of a parking lot, the pax were subjected to some 40,30,20s followed by laps.

  • 40 squats, 30 peter parkers, 20 merkins, 2 laps
  • 40 step lunges, 30 long slow flutters, 20 dry docks, 1 lap

Then we headed back up the hill. We stopped twince:

  • First for 15  merkins and 15 crab dips in candence
  • Second for 15 more merkins

At the top of the hill we did

  • 15 wide grip merkins in cadence
  • 20 body weight squats.

Then back to the starting point for Mary:

  • 20 LBCs
  • 20 Hello Dollys
  • 15 gas pumps
  • 15 long slow flutters
