As we pulled into Action Park, it was plain to see that someone had left the lights on for the upper field. To be able to see what we were doing was a special gift, so YHC decided this was too good to pass up and workout was done on and around the upper field. It was warm for an October morning, so this was a twice blessed morning.
THE THANG
Run parking lot
Side Straddle Hops x 30
Imperial Walkers x 30
Mountain Climbers x 20
Saunter over to the field to run the bases
First to second – high knees
Second to third – karaoke to the left
Third to home – butt kickers
Home back to first – karaoke to the right
Go around three times and end with a loop of walking lunges.
Hold People’s Chair until all are finished and add a 10 count.
A quick step into the dugout for some

It was great to have Cee Lo drive down from Cary. The lights being on really was a great bonus. It made it much easier to find the bases when we ran them. It also eliminated the fear of stepping in holes while running the sprints in the outfield. As much as we enjoyed it, we know someone, somewhere is in trouble for leaving them on all night. #wastedtaxdollars
I will continue to reach out to churches in the area to see if I can track down the men’s group trying to start their own boot camp workouts. #whyreinventthewheel
