Top of the hill Circuit: AMRAP 15 Merkins, 15 Dying Cockroaches, 15 Spiderman Merkins
Bottom of the hill Circuit: AMRAP 15 Knee Ups, 15 Wide Arms, 15 Slow Flutters (both legs up count as one)
When one partner tags the other they run to the top or bottom, repeat till 6:08.
