A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away….a select group of men gathered at the sacred grounds of the NCMA for a Star Wars inspired workout.

Pax will be begin their journey on the planet of Naboo (aka the upper parking lot) and begin our Jedi Training as follows:

SSH x 10

Merkins x 15

Mountain Climbers x 20

LBCs x 30

While now warmed and prepared the Pax  pair up and break the Blockade around Naboo and journey toward Tatooine (aka Reedy Creek Road) where Jedi will do the following:

Set of 7 with Partner Clap Merkins and Burpees.

The two stops are the edge of Naboo (start of Reedy Creek Road) and Tatooine (Gold Star Drive)

From there the pax will return to Naboo and on ward to the Death Star (aka Amphitheater). Once at the Death Star, the pax with their partners will do battle to defeat the Empire by doing the following:

Partner 1: Irkins X 10, Derkins X 10, Dips X 10 at the bottom of the Death Star

Partner 2: Box Jumps up the Amphitheater Steps, chewbacca claws (similar to a bear claw) up the hill to sidewalk and runs around back to the  bottom of the Death Star

Flip Flop until the Return Flight is called and Jedi return Victorious to Naboo.
