Warm-up:
Partner up and mosey as a group down the path past the rings of fire and to the field surrounding the Dojo for various warm-up exercises as a group. Mosey to the start line, which is the T-intersection of the paths between the Dojo and lake.
Main Event:
Partner #1 runs the loop around the Dojo (clockwise) while Partner #2 completes continuous circuits of 10 Merkins, 15 Squats, and 20 LBCs. Flapjack when Partner #1 returns and repeato until each individual partner has completed 4 trips around the loop (for the non-math majors, that’s 8 trips total around the loop). Upon completion of the 8 total laps, mosey to the base of the big grassy hill.
Starting at the bottom of the big grassy hill, Partner #1 runs to the top, does 1 burpee, and returns to the bottom. Meanwhile, Partner #2 completes continuous circuits of 10 Jumping Lunges, 10 Hand-release Merkins, and 10 WWII’s. Flapjack, and Partner #2 does 2 burpees at the top of the hill then returns to the bottom. Repeato until time is called, with the number of burpees at the top increasing by 1 on each trip up the hill (i.e., Partner #1 does 3, then Partner #2 does 4, and so on…).
Head up to the ellipse when time is called. Team with the most burpees completed takes home the coveted VT.
