Several sections of out-of-service 3″ fire hose was dropped at bottom of hill to await the arrival of what would be another 17 Paxes alongwith YHC, Double D here. We would become aquainted with said hoses shortly after warm up.

Warm Up

  • SSH x 20
  • Cottonpickers x 20
  • Fazio Arm Circles x 10 ea. direction
  • Imperial Walkers x 20
  • Merkins hand release OYO x 10

The Thang(s)

  • Warm up jog over to rip rap rock ditch for each Pax to choose a rock
  • Indian run (with rock) down to bottom field just shy of 1/4 mile
  • drop rocks for station explanation
  • stretched out were (4) 50′ x 3″ fire hose for 2 guys at a time to drag 2 hoses up hill approx. 100 yards and drop and complete 5 clurpees, pick up hose from opposite end and drag back down hill and drop and complete 5 merkins. These 2 Paxes were the timers for the rest of station work rotations
  • 4 other stations with (2) 50′ sections rolled up for shoulder presses and squats and (2) 50′ sections duck taped accordian style for shoulder carrying while lunge walking apprx. 20-25 yards and back
  •  ball field benches provided stations for dips, derkins, step ups
  • rip rap rocks provided stations for curls, shoulder presses, and runs up the hill and back beside hose draggers
  • dropped rocks after all Paxes had completed the 2 hose hill drags and moseyed up to 2nd ballfield for line up across bottom of hill, walk half way up hill and stop, drop, and perform hill mountain climbers x 10 in cadence.
  • returned to pick up rocks and slow jog back up to parking lot to return them to ditch for later use another time in the gloom

  • YHC called 2.0 Liquid Force to join him in middle and had him choose and lead final exercise of WWI’s x 10
  • count-o-rama followed by name-o-rama with video fail on part of YHC

  • 9/11 stair climb coming up 9/11/17 at NCSU – possible clown car from Fuquay
  • Prayer requests – Crablegs struggle with ALS, Dovetails brother battling cancer, Starks house will sell quickly and Gutterballs family will find house soon after selling theirs
  • YHC led us out in prayer
