Run the Blue Loop, right at the split and run down to the base of the big hill back up to 440.
Partner 1 runs up the hill at top 10 Burpees then back down.
Partner 2- 10 Diamond Merkins, 10 Carolina Dry Docks, Rosa Dollies X 15 each then 6 inch leg hold until partner returns.
Do this as many times as you can until 6:05 I’m thinking 3-4 times up for each partner. Run back and Mary if we have time.
