The weather showed signs of cooling off so 15 men decided to start the week off right and show up to Pleasantville to get a beatdown from a 15 year old. Subprime brought his 2.0s out as well so youth was well represented and it was Captain’s birthday (welcome to 13 buddy) so everyone was in a festive mood. With no FNGs there was no disclaimer given so we began the celebration of the end of the olympics.

The Thang
Wrestling – There are three two minute periods in wrestling so we partnered up and for the first period one partner does jump lunges while the other partner does jump squats for a minute and then switch. Next period one partner does merkins while the other does WWIIs for a minute and then switch. Third period one partner does LBCs while the other does mountain climbers and then switch.

Swimming – Freestyle – Bearcrawl 40 yards up the hill and 40 yards down. Breaststroke – Traveling burpee 40 yards up the hill and 40 yards back. Medley – Bear crawl 40 yards up the hill crawl bear 40 yards back.

Track – Usain Bolts…naturally. PAX pair up and run around the green while the group does the called exercise. These included CCDs, merkins, WWIIs, LBCs and burpees (thanks Subprime).

Then in the spirit of international competition we took an Indian run to the hockey rink where it was time for…

Equestrian – Partner carry the length of the rink, 5 burpees and switch for the carry back. Wheelbarrow length of the rink, 5 burpees and switch on the way back. Partner carry the length of the rink 10 burpees and switch for the carry back.

Indian run (with too many chiefs leading the way) back to the green for Mary.
