24 PAX came out to Bastille to get the real Churham workout. The beatdown began with 14 year old Iceman at the helm ready to dish some pain. He did not disappoint.

The group departed for an indian run around Market Street and then back to the hockey rink.
Partner up and do 10 sets of 10 derkins with one person planking while the other does the derkins on their back.
Line up on the goal line. Wheelbarrow to the red line. Switch. At next goal line both partners do 15 merkins, bear crawl back to the red line do 10 WWIIs, sprint to goal line do 5 burpees. It was so much fun we did it again.
Mosey over to the SV swamp. Starting at the bottom of the hill do one burpee and sprint up to do 10 BWS. Back down the hill do two burpees and back up to 9 BWS…keep going until you are at 10 burpees and plank at the top.
