Nine PAX gathered at Raleigh’s beautiful Fred Fletcher Park for another installment of Ball Bearings.

THE THANG:

Run down near the basketball court for warm up – SSH x 20, imperial walkers x 20, standard merkins x 20, windmills x 20, good mornings x 10.

Run up the trail behind the fields up to the parking lot next to the House of Cats – 20 standard merkins.

Jog across the street for a tour of the Flagship High School of the North Carolina Public School System (Needham B. Broughton H.S.):

Head for the Triple Jump Wall for 11’s with decline merkins and jump ups. Run to the front parking lot for 10 burpees OYO, run to the tennis courts for 10 burpees OYO, run to football stadium for sideways bear crawls on top of the railings, run to the front of Holliday Gym for 10 burpees OYO and a quick peak into the most impressive high school trophy case in the southeast, run back to the triple jump wall for 11’s with dips and sit down squats followed by 10 triple jumps.

Run back to Fletcher and the upper filed for 10 burpees OYO, run to the picnic shelter for Dog Leg to the Left: run up to stone circle, 10 WWII sit ups, up to the light post, 5 burpees, down to the picnic shelter for 3 pull ups.  Three times through.

Run down to the lower field for Mary: continuous LBCs x 20, rosalitas x 20, cannonballs x 20.
