U2’s The Edge turns 55 today.  So YHC wore a black beanie and borrowed technique from Sweeper Boy with a full 45 minute setlist of U2 songs on the Bluetooth.  Consider during the workout…all time greatest band.  Talk amongst yourselves.

The Thang

Warmup to I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.  25 SSH, 15 Good Morning, 15 Windmill jog around main drive back to the baseball field.

Today was a Tabata Workout.  20 seconds on, 10 seconds recover, 8 sets, 4 exercises.  We did Mountain Climbers, Mericans, Broad Jump/Quick Feet, LBC.

Mosey to shelter.  5/10/5 pullups and box jumps.  3×10 Erkins with high knees in place in between sets.  3×10 dips with high knees in between sets.

Mary with Freddie Mercury.  End to the song, “40” with 40 – 4count LBC’s.

Awful sweaty for not much running.  COT included name, age, F3 name, and all-time greatest band.  I heard some Led Zep, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Red Hot Chili Pepps, and The Bangles (really?).

9/11 Stair Climb at Carter Finley.  T-Claps to Vector Victor for arranging this.  Quiet prayer requests and Mr. Bigglesworth takes us out.

Thanks for allowing me to lead today.  And I STILL haven’t found what I’m looking for.  Maybe that’s the point……
