8 PAX emerged from the gloom for some Christmas cheer, track-style, with an early version of the the 12th day of Christmas.  The usual ladies and pooch were a bit late, but they did make their appearance as well.

The Thang

1200 m Warm-up Jog

11 x Good Mornings
10 x Imperial Walkers
9 x Windmills (+1 extra)

800 m Run at R-Pace (mile pace)

7 x 200 m alternating Fast and Slow (recover on the 200 m jog back to the Start-line)

600 m at I-pace (slower than the 800 m rep, but still working)

5 Golden Rings… or 5 x 400 m alternating Fast and Slow at R-Pace again

4 count around the  circle 6-inch leg hold
3 x 10 = 30 x LBCs
2 x 10 = 20 x Mason Twist aka Freedom Hammers, etc..
1 x 10 = 10 x High-Slow-Flutter
