Basketball court – Side Straddle Hop x20, Windmills x15, Fazio x10 each way, Imperial Squat Walkers x10
Run to ramp and pair up. ______________________________________________________________________________
DORA
Teams of 2 pax working together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 100, 200, and 300 reps. Pax 1 executes as many reps as possible while Pax 2 runs to the top of the ramp and back. Flapjack until team goal is reached. Exercises 100 merkins per team (chest), 200 LBCs per team (core), 300 squats per team (legs). ______________________________________________________________________________
JOG TO TUNNEL
Still in teams of 2 pax. Pax 1 runs to end of trailway while other pax does balls to the wall. Once both pax complete rinse and repeat doing electric chair/wall sits

Lunge Walk to end of tunnel and jog up the trail to the rocks.
Modified circle with rocks of all sizes. 1 curl/10 presses, rotate rocks, 2 curls/9 presses, rotate rocks, 3 curls/8 presses etc etc.
Rinse and Repeat
Jog back to basketball court
