Another Friday workout at Cletus started off with 19 PAX running the opposite way of the norm. This would surely be a fun workout…right? Thank goodness it’s Friday! Here is how we took care of business in the gloom this morning.
Jog down to lower parking lot into dirtside. Threw in some side strides on the way.

Wheel barrow with merkins 5 to 1 each parking spot line, total 15 merkins while in wheel barrow position – rinse and repeat
Indian run back around track the long way to rock pile
Rock over head squats X 10 while partner does 10 Burpees then switch
20 Rock twists with partners back to back, switch directions and 20 more
Step ups on tables X 20 at picnic shelter alternating legs
