Second Quarter: Sprint to end of field, Ski abs x 20, Crab walk back half way, Backwards Bear Crawl rest of way.
Half Time or “Recover on the Wall” Balls to the Wall, Peoples Chair
Third Quarter: Sprint to end of field, Burpees x 15, Bear Crawl back.
Fourth Quarter: Sprint to end of field, Ski abs x 15, Crab walk back half way, Backwards Bear Crawl rest of way.
