On this first edition of post-election Mutiny (no that is not a political joke) 7 PAX braved the dark, damp and chilly gloom to start the week. We were without the regular site Q, so YHC stepped in to fill the void. To be honest, I don’t think anyone would consider it a beatdown, but it kept us warm and we did work.  No Super moon to be seen, way too cloudy for that.

Warmup
Started with a warm-up lap around the track. Circled up for warm-up exercises.
– SSH x20
– IW x20
– Mountain Climbers x20
– Good mornings x15

The Thang
Four corners at the track. Each set of exercises at each of the four corners around the track. 15×4=60 total reps of each per lap.

Round 1: Merkins
Round 2: LBC
Round 3: Squats
Round 4: Carolina Drydocks
Round 5: Boat Canoe

Recover on the jog to the playground.
PAX split up into groups and cycled through 3 pain stations.
Station 1: Dip x20
Station 2: Pull ups x10
Station 3: Swing-seat ab blaster thing 20
Repeat all stations 3x

Next, the PAX lined up at the bottom of the hill and raced AYG to the stop sign by the tennis courts. It was a close call – COBOL and YHC were neck and neck… but I might have a longer neck.

Mary
Wrapping things up – we held a brief session of Mary in the main parking lot.
Freddie Mercury x20
WWII Situps x20
Make America Great Again Hammers x20
Slow-count push-up x10

Moleskin

Great to see Boots-n-Pants back out this morning.  Just in time for the nice weather.
Always a pleasure to lead, and great to have some new faces in the mix, COBOL & Mr. Belding!
