24 Pax members ran some hills at Hi-Fidelity this morning. No one was left behind on this trip as we climbed about 1,000′ and ran over 5.8 miles. Nice little Tuesday run in advance of BRR. #getsome

Here’s the work-out:

Mosey to the base of Copperhead #TMbyEnron?

1. Run up to the top (No man left behind style – “NMLBS”) and then mosey down;
2. Run up to the front of the first bridge, back down to the bottom, and then back to the top (NMLBS) – Mosey to the bottom;
3. Run up to the front of the first bridge, back down, up to the end of the first bridge, back down, back up to the top (NMLBS) – Mosey to the bottom;
4. Run to the front of the first bridge, back down, to the end of the first bridge, back down, to the top of the hill, back down, to the middle of the bridge over 440 (NMLBS) – People’s chair – Mosey to the bottom of the hill;
5. Run to the top of the hill (NMLBS) – Mosey to the bottom.

Run over to Horton’s hill – All you got to the entrance of the school and then mosey to the top of Horton. Mosey to the start.
