With the rain falling, there was no time for running around. This left for plenty of arm exercises with the cinder blocks leaving everyone’s arms jellified.
Warm-up: Partnered up on the run over to grab cinder blocks to then retreat back to the covered area on the side of the school for SSH x20, Cotton Picker x15, Hillbilly x15, Balls-to-the-Wall x15.
Each partner did the following series of exercises while switching back and fourth until they completed the full number of reps individually.
- Dip hold paired with cinder block wonder bras x100
- Canoe hold paired with decline merkins on the cinder block x100
- Tree hugger paired with cinder block triceps extensions x150
- Cinder block chest press paired with burpees x50
