Twenty Pax convened at Fetzer Field on the UNC Campus early Monday morn for a tour of campus, in particular the various front steps on assorted buildings along Polk Place.
The Thang:
Warmup SSH x 20, IW x 10, jump lunge x 10, arm circles x 10, merkins x 10, CDD x 10, mountain climber x 20.
Running tour of campus starting at Woollen Gym, The Pit, Wilson Library, Carroll Hall, South Building, Manning Hall and back to the Pit, at each set of front steps doing 12 derkins, 12 decline CDD, 12 lunges L&R, 12 dips. Did extra set of slow Derkins back at The Pit 12-10-8-6-4-2.
