EC: Gather the PAX and climb up and down various stairs wells as we wait for Denali to catch up with the group.  Meet at staircase near ramps at the top of the deck for 10 Good Mornings in cadence, then split into 2 groups.  Group 1 goes down 1 flight of stairs runs up the ramp and back around to group while group 2 does given exercise and flap jack.  Repeato x 4 with prisoner squats, merkins, star jumps and burpees, then head down to pick up the rest of the PAX.

Give a quick disclaimer, head up the ramp to second level and circle up for Warm up.

Warm Up:  SSH x 25, Windmill x 10, Mountain Climber x 15, Imperial Walkers x 15 and head over to the top of the deck near the restaurants.

The Thang:  Partner up for Jacob’s Ladder.  P1 does partner carry for the width of the deck, both partners do 6 burpees, run back to starting point for 1 merkin each.  Switch and continue until complete 1 burpee and 6 merkins.  Thanks to Cinderella for leading Plankaroma until all PAX finish.

Mosey over to escalator, bear crawl down stairs and run up escalator x 3, and plank hold at the top until all PAX finish.

Head over to parking lot on side of Belks and split into 2 groups.  Group 1 runs suicides (light pole & back, 2nd light pole & back, Security house & back) while group 2 does exercise.  Each group ran 5 suicides (burners) while exercises were peoples chair, nippler, peoples chair, nippler and burpees.

Gather PAX and head back to starting point.  As we approach the low clearance sign, YHC realizes you should never pass under sign without doing pull-ups, so calls for 5 pull-ups OYO before heading down the stair case to circle up for Mary.
