Strong work by the PAX this morning! Glad to have both Fabio and Bilo back in the PAX. YHC was encouraged to hear some cussing on the 2nd and 3rd round of backward bear-crawls. Thanks brothers!

New launch time of 0545 seemed to work well. We’ll continue to stay close to home base for the first 10-15 minutes of the next couple workouts to make sure we don’t miss anyone.
