Four PAX came out for a run at the Spartan 300! With the obstacle race season coming upon us, YHC figured it would be a good idea to design a beat down to help the PAX train with a purpose. This would be a non-stop test of endurance. Here we go…

Complete the following 10 times…
Run 1 lap
Uneven Merkins x10
Chill-cut Plank with alternating hip touches x10
Lunge Jacks X10
Keep going until all PAX finish
