1. PAX had to Sprint 5x down and back across the basketball court
  2. PAX had to Sprint down and back 1x, turn around and do high knees to half court switch to butt kickers turn around high knees back to half court switch to butt kickers back to end line,turn around and do lunges to half court and back, and then sprint full court down and back. PAX did this 2x
  3. PAX then circled up to do Two rounds of ring slides with some Merkins, LBC’s, Burpees and some 1 2 puches thrown in.
