The Thang

Follow the leader through the agility ladder and cones for various footwork drills.

PAX traveled to the rock pile to adopt a rock and circled up:

  • Curls for the girls
  • Tricep extension
  • Rock Squats
  • Shoulder press

PAX used their rock for 15 reps for each exercise then dropped the rocks.  Shuffled to the man on their right’s rock for another 15 reps/exercise.  Pattern continued with 10, 5, 5, 10, 15, 15 reps.  PAX ended on their initial rock and picked it up for a jog from the front lot to the basketball courts and dropped the rocks in the center.  PAX counted off and split for BLIMPS around the basketball courts and finished with a bear crawl back to their rock.  Rocks were picked up and carried for an indian run around the track followed by a mosey back to the flag.
