Group 1:
20 Cadence Count Jump Rope

We did two sets of Group1. In-between the sets we bear crawled three spaces and bear crawled back three spaces.
Group 2:

20 Halos (10 Clockwise, 10 Counter Clockwise)
We did two sets of Group2. The first set of Straight Arm Raises the last rep we twisted the arms to the left and to the right. The second set of Straight Arm Raises the last 5 reps we twisted the arms to the left and to the right.
