Had a special guest who was in town for a wedding this weekend and had the pleasure of working out with none other than Winnie the Pooh.  If every down in Moorhead, PAX will be sure to hit up F3 Carterico.

Laps around the parking lot to get things moving.  YHC had Pickin n Grinning lead PAX in a series of ladders and cones.  YHC jumped in and out while setting up for the Thang.

The warmup was finished up with SSH and Fozios

The Thang

PAX was led to the pet shop and everyone adopted a rock and circled up

  • Front Squats x 15
  • Shoulder Press x 15
  • Curls for the Girls x 15
  • Standing Rows x 15

Repeated 2x and moseyed over to the other Thang
