Warm up:
Side shuffle hop, Windmill, Arm circle/reverse, Merkins, Imperial Walkers
The Thang:
Run the track four times, stopping every 1/4 lap for Burpees, Squat jumps, WWIIs, and Lunges (20 each on first lap, 15 on second, 10 on third, 5 on the last). Jog to the gym wall for Balls to the wall / Bear crawl. Grabbed some wall for Dips in cadence (15), followed by Derkins (15), then more Dips in cadence (15).
Mary:
Side lunge, Heels to heaven (holding for 10 count), Plank-o-rama, Rocky Balboas, and Box Cutters.
