16 brave PAX took on cinderblocks, dumbbells, kettlebells, twiggy and Tar Heel Warrior Mountain!
Here is how that thang all went down this am:
Pax paired up and wheelbarrowed down THWM all the way to the bottom of the hill at the half way point switching to let their partners get a chance at feeling some concrete
From there was the 1st of 2 trips up Tar Heel Warrior Mountain doing the fireman carry. At the half way switch and at the top of the parking lot, run to the very top top of the lot until pax finishes.
Next up pax executed 3 sets of 30 reps of shoulder press with no rest and 2 men rotated on twiggy to give it some love
Fellas headed back down the hill for the 2nd firemans carry
Pax then executed 4 sets of 30 reps of shoulder press + 20 world war II + 30 body weight squats
From there the pax lined up on the bottom parking lot parking space line and conducted 5 burpees on 19 lines for 95 burpees to the top of the lot
