11 PAX (including 1 FNG) gathered in the gloom to get the week off to a strong start. YHC gave the standard disclaimer and we were off.

Indian run around the perimeter. Before each PAX sprinted to the front of the line, he did one Burpee. We ran until everyone cycled through the line.

Mosey to the gravel parking lot below the recently razed smoke stack (did anyone notice???).
Each PAX grabbed a rock from the pile.
Everyone did Irkens using their rock. Once the signal was given, the first PAX ran up the stairs with his rock and did Squats at the top. Once each man reached the top of the stairs, the next person headed up the stairs until everyone was on North Wingate Street.
Recover on the run (with their rock) as we took the long way back to the starting point.
All PAX did LBC’s (with their rock) as each man ran up the stairs and did Curls at the top until all PAX are present.

It was great to have an FNG with us today as well as a couple of PAX new to Agoge. YHC thought Fabio was an FNG. I feel bad about that. I’m sorry! As always, it is a pleasure to lead Agoge. I have a lot to learn…thanks for bearing with me.
