Schnitzel led his first workout on a cold, cold Tuesday. As I recall, he organized the following workout:

Warmup

  • fellowship pace 800 meters
  • Between the cones:
    • Goose Steps
    • High Knees
    • Butt Kickers

The Thing

  • Sprint a 400. Assemble in the order pax finished
  • Divide up into partners, fastest with slowest, second fastest with second slowest, etc.
  • 400 meter relay, with each pax running 5X400
  • Up and back on the Fetzer track stands
  • 1000 Meter sprint

The Cool Down

  • Fellowship 800 Meters
