We launched the Cougar in 14 degree weather with warm hearts and frozen balls. Here’s how it went:

Warm Up

  • Jog to the middle of the parking lot
  • 20 SSH’s
  • 10 Willie Mays Hays
  • 22 Mountain Climbers
  • 15 Slow Merkins

The Workout

  • Jog to the track. Pax paired up. One partner 1 bear crawled while partner 2 ran a lap and caught partner 1 and then they switched X2
  • Same thing except instead of bear crawling walking lunge X2
  • Those who finished early did squats and plank-o-rama while others caught up
  • We hit the pull up bars. Pax divided into three lines, one infront of each pull up bar. One pax did 5 complete extension pull-ups while the other pax alternated jump squats and plyo-merkins X 6

  • 10 cadence merkins
  • 20 LBCs
  • 10 cadence wide grip merkins
  • 20 Long Slow Flutters
  • 10 cadence regular merkins
  • 22 Heels to the heavens
