We launched the Cougar in 14 degree weather with warm hearts and frozen balls. Here’s how it went:
Warm Up
- Jog to the middle of the parking lot
- 20 SSH’s
- 10 Willie Mays Hays
- 22 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Slow Merkins
The Workout
- Jog to the track. Pax paired up. One partner 1 bear crawled while partner 2 ran a lap and caught partner 1 and then they switched X2
- Same thing except instead of bear crawling walking lunge X2
- Those who finished early did squats and plank-o-rama while others caught up
- We hit the pull up bars. Pax divided into three lines, one infront of each pull up bar. One pax did 5 complete extension pull-ups while the other pax alternated jump squats and plyo-merkins X 6
