Warm-UP at the circle amphitheater, SSH X 20, Imperial Walkers X 20, Good Mornings X 10, Fazio Arm Circles, Hindu Merkins X 20, Squats X 30 and Inchworm X 25

Next Exercise (same location as warmups) – AMRAP 3 exercises for 5 minutes – 4 reverse lunges (2 left/2 right), 5 jump squats and 20 mountain climbers

Next Exercise – to the soccer field, where we completed, across the width of the field, broad jump burpees, walking lunges and sprints.

Next Exercise –  back to the amphitheater for 10 rounds of box jumps and dips with one round consisting of 10 jumps and 10 dips.

Run down to softball field to wind down with two runs from the outfield fence to the house of cats and back again.

Cool down with freddies X 20 and low slow flutter X 20.
