11 pax did not shy away from 18 degree weather.  The pax were informed that warmup would begin with 20 burpees if G-vegas fartsacked.  Gvegas HC’d for the workout but no GVegas at the shovel flag.  Legal stuff was covered and we were off..

First Relay

  • Partner up
  • Partner one jogs from wallgreens to duke med front door and back
  • Partner two paints the lines with 2 squats at each line until partner one returns
  • Flapjack
  • 20 WWIIs
  • Partner one jogs from wallgreens to duke med front door and back
  • Partner two paints the lines with 2 merkins at each line until partner one returns
  • Flapjack
  • 50 Flutter Kicks

Second relay
Not so much a relay as a transition to the upper parking lot by the rock pile

  • Jog back towards community center
  • Bear crawl the handicap ramp
  • Lung walk to stairs
  • Bear crawl down the stairs
  • Squat hold until everyone catches up
  • Jog down to lower steps
  • Sprint the hill
  • Jog to rock pile

100 Burpee Challenge 

We grabbed three ego rocks  from the pile.  Challenge is to complete 100 burpees and do at least two laps around the parking lot with the rock in curl position at some point in the set.
