YHC had kid duty and would not be able to attend The Weekend Crick, so YHC decided to go all in for Quickhatch!  An email was sent to the group promising a workout of epic proportions. So epic in fact that it could not be contained in the normal time slot and starting at 0600.  The Situation was called out or the pax would suffer a 20 burpee penalty.  Unfortunately, The Situation is on the IR and could not make it.  That didnt get us out of burpees though!

The Thang

Warmup

  • Jog around to lower field
  • No situation so Burpees x20 OYO
  • Good Mornings x10
  • Wind mills x10
  • Merkins x10

Relay 1

  • Mozy to middle field
  • Sniper crawl to the flag halfway accross the field
  • Shrimp walk back to start point (lay on back and walk with shoulders while dragging your ruck)
  • Ruck Kettle bell swings x15
  • Partner up
  • Partner drag to the flag
  • Flapjack and drag back to the baseline

Relay 2 (CRV Time!)

  • Two pax push the CRV up the hill of the middle parking lot
  • Everyone else travelling burpee until the car reaches the top.. sprint to top
  • Reset for next two pax
  • Flutter Kicks x20
  • Craw Bear to second corner
  • Squats x20
  • Crab walk with ruck in your lap to third corner
  • Jog to 4th corner
  • Repeato so next 4 pax can push the car and we do another loop
  • 2 pax remaining.. push the CRV while we travelling burpee
  • Flutter kicks x20 at second corner
  • Bear crawl to third corner
  • 10 get well burpees for The Situation
