Bundle up boys, it’s gonna be another cold morning – much like the Thursday morning this time last year when I attended my first ever F3 workout.  Now you may wonder, “Wow Joule, your first ever post was at the Judge.  That’s pretty bold.”  Well, that’s what happens when White Shoe puts on the EH at Community Group the night before.

Anywho, it’s been a great year and I’ve met some great men and made some great friends.  In honor of my F3-iversay, we’ll re-create the workout that Chong led us through that fateful morning.

The Thang

  • Partner Up
  • Head to base of Grass Ramp
    • 13 Burpees
  • Wheelbarrow Up the ramp, switching as needed
    • 13 Hand release Merkins at top of ramp
  • Run to Dojo
    • 13 Jump Ups – 13 Irkins – 13 Dips
  • Run to North end of the Pond along East Side
    • 13 Jump Lunges – 13 Partner Derkins – 13 LBCs
  • Back to Base of Grass Ramp

AMRAP until 6:08 then head back to start.
