THANG:
Partner up. Run to Fallon Park with merkin x 5 intervals.
Grab a sandbag at the shelter for curls x 15 and alternating left right step ups x 15 (with sandbag). Leave sandbag at the shelter. Lunge walk across bridge. Karaoke to Oxford/Reaves intersection. 15 Burpees. Bear crawl down stairs. Wheelbarrow across Fallon Park + 15 derkins. Back to shelter for dips x 15 (with sandbag) and air squats x 20 (with sandbag). PAX did 3 full sets of all of the foregoing. Aye!
