The workout today was dedicated to Sally (who ever she is). All exercises were done to the “Bring Sally Up” song. I believe all in attendance will be humming the song unconsciously all day long.
Warmup:
Burpees x 5
SSH x 21
Arm Circles x 10 then reverse
Imperial Walker x 10
The Thang:
8 exercises all done to “Bring Sally Up”
1) Push ups
2) Homer 2 Marge with feet on the wall
3) Shoulder press with rock
4) Squat with rock
5) Body weight row
6) Calve Raises on the wall
7) Curls with rock
Then 36 burpees just for fun! (Editor/Floyd’s note: It cannot be over-emphasized how much this part hurt after the above Moby love fest)
Mary:
Six inch leg hold to vertical done to “Bring Sally Up” followed immediately by 10 wwII.
