Fourteen PAX participated in a traveling workout that took us down Culbreth Road, up to Southern Village, and back to the school for a confused Mary – the QIC puts the blame squarely on the distance covered.

Warm up:

– Side shuffle hop
– Imperial Walker
– Windmill
– Arm circle/reverse

The Thang:

– Bearcrawl from parking lot out to Culbreth Road
– Fellowship jog to tunnel under Culbreth Road
– Balls-to-the-wall-o-rama followed by People’s chair-o-rama (PAX giving a 10-count for each)
– Fellowship jog along Fan Branch trail towards Southern Village, stopping at three bridges along the way for 10 burpees OYO
– Dips at stone wall at the end of trail jog (25 in cadence)
– Self-paced run as quick as possible up Highgrove Drive, followed by fellowship jog to Culbreth track
