Warm Up:

1 – ½ mile jog

1 – ½ mile jog with SSH, Fozio Arm Circles, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies.

Tennis Courts

Partner up.

Round 1 – 1 partner balls to wall while other partner does suicides.  Switch

Round 2 – 1 partner does Peoples Chair while other partner does suicides.  Switch

11’s –  Merkins and Squats.  Run to other side of tennis courts and do 10 merkins.  Run back 1 squat.  Continue counting down on Merkins and up on Squats.

Another ½ mile jog with 2 exercises at every stop – (1) Flutter kicks, Freddie Mercury’s, (2) Imperial Walker Squats, LBC’s, (3) Can’t remember, can’t remember, (4) Mountain Climbers, Heel taps.
