Warm Up:

1 – ½ mile jog

1 – ½ mile jog with step ups, Karaoke, SSH, Good Mornings, Mountain Climbers

The Workout:

1 – ½ mile jog with 5 Burpees and 10 LBC’s on the up ramp and again on the road down to the bball court

1 – ½ mile jog with 10 Merkins and 20 Squats on the up ramp and again on the road down to the bball court

1 – ½ mile jog with 10 WWII’s and 20 Wide Grip Merkins on the up ramp and again on the road down to the bball court

1 – ½ mile jog India Run style with Low Slow Flutter on the up ramp and Imperial Walkers on the bball court

Total running 3.2 miles
