Pax of 6 @Mutiny for a fast paced game of Don’t Drop Baby.

Warm Up:

SSH, Imperial Walkers, Fazio Arm Circles, Good Mornings, Cotton Pickers

The Workout:

“Baby” may look like a football but the PAX were informed that if Baby was dropped at any time during the workout, there would be discipline 9/18 style.

  1. Indian Run in the dark while passing Baby indiscriminately. Baby was dropped a few times resulting in 9 or 18 Merkins and Squats along the way.
  2. All but 2 PAX stayed in plank formation while two PAX played Quarterback and Receiver. Baby was dropped several times and we were disciplined with Balls to the Wall, Mountain Climbers, an assortment of Merkins, Burpees totaling 9 or 18 each times.
  3. Baby had a fever and we played “Hot Potato” with Baby while running with high knees or butt kickers in a circle formation. Baby was too hot for several PAX resulting in more Burpees, Diamond Merkins, WWII, etc.
  4. Baby’s fever dropped and we Bear Crawled in the parking lot holding Baby in one arm while tossing it to the next PAX in line. Baby seemed to be quite slippery as we she was dropped several times resulting in more one-arm twist Merkins, Plank Jacks, Side Raises, Carolina DryDocks.
  5. We then Crawl-Bear with the end PAX running around with Baby to the end of the formation. Baby stayed safe in everyone’s arms.
  6. With the suggestion of LipSynch, we jogged to the playground holding and tossing baby with some pretty athletic catches…and drops. More 9/18 discipline including Jump Squats, Mike Tysons, and Swing Kicks.
  7. With three PAX doing 10 pull-ups and 3 PAX holding Baby while doing Dips we tossed Baby back to the tennis courts for Mary.
  8.  Mary resulted in American Hammers….

This workout was intended to be high intensity with very little recovery time and there were laughs and grunts along the way.
