The Warm Up:
Circle up #1: 20 SSH then mosey to the lakefront.
Circle up #2: 10 Abe Vigodas, 20 PJs, 20 MCs, 20 IWs

The Thang:
Mosey to the outdoor theater, split into 1s and 2s.
Round #1, 1s lunge walk around the aisles, 2s people’s chair. Flapjack.
Round #2: 1s bear crawl around the aisles, 2s balls to the wall. Flapjack.
Mosey down Oxford Greenway awhile, stop 3x for 5 burpees OYO.
Stop at TOCRP and select a plump rock.
Backtrack a little to the nice hill next to the Lake Trail split.
1s w/ rock to the top of the hill, 2s w/ rock at the bottom.
Round #1: 10 rock curls, drop rock, run to top/bottom of the hill. Repeat-o 10x.
Round #2: 10 rock ext, drop rock, run to top/bottom of the hill. Repeat-o 10x.
Return rocks and indian run back to the kiosk. Stop for 10 burpees OYO along the way.
At kiosk, execute the merkin clock… 12…11..10…9… = 78 merkins
Mosey then line up for Billy run back to the parking lot for Mary.
20 LBCs, 20 WW2s, 15 AH… all done.
